Dental implants can replace one or more teeth. and can provide support for partial or total dentures. The screw implanted is made of titanium or zirconium, biocompatible materials,that bone  integrates  through the phenomenon of osseointegration.

Stages during the performance of dental implants last for three, six or more months.Meanwhile provisional prosthetic devices can be made where necessary to improve living conditions, until final completion of prosthetic works on implants.

FAST & FIXED SYSTEM, BREDENT, GERMANY

Recomended in the situation in which there are no more teeth , or there are some mobile teeth,which would be lost in a short while.

The main advantage of this sistem is that, in the same apointment the mobile teeth are extracted, the implants are positioned and the provisional acrylic-composite bridge is placed passively on the implants.(Passive Fit Concept)

The pacient leaves the clinic with the provisional prosthetic work, the esthetic aspect in preserved.

Another advantage is the minimal trauma to the bone and the lower price, compared to the clasical situation, in which 10-12 implants are placed.

We will position 4 implants at the lower jaw and a fixed provisional prosthetic bridge.

We will  position 6 implants at the upper jaw and a fixed provisional prosthetic bridge.

After 4-6 months, we make a fixed total prosthetic bridge-work, on 4 implants for the lower jaw.

After 6-8 months, we make a fixed total prosthetic bridge-work, on 6 implants for the upper jaw.

Dental implants are affected by the same factors that led to the destruction or loss of natural teeth – poor oral hygiene, smoking, alcohol, failure to control periodically, and other factors related to prosthetic work.

To see if you qualify for implants, your doctor will need to check the amount of residual bone, height and thickness. If the bone is insufficient, an additional intervention is required, bone reconstruction.
